SHIPPING AND RETURNS
At the moment we are experiencing and predicting longer delays due to customs with our fabric suppliers in Italy and our factories in Portugal. These will have a domino effect on our distribution dates to customers, which we will update you on via email.
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible after ordering. However, during this busy period we are suffering some delays in distribution . Please also bear with your postal services at their busiest time as they try to get orders delivered as quickly as they can. UK Standard: £3.99
EU: £8.99 (Customs charges may apply)
US: £12.99 (Customs charges may apply)
ROW (incl. CANADA) £15.99 (Customs charges may apply)
Our current processing time to dispatch an order from our warehouse is up to 7 - 10 working days (Monday-Friday), excluding the day the order was received.
Please note due to Royal Mail Strikes on the 24th/25th of November, you may face a delay in your order being dispatched. This will mainly affect UK orders. Dispatch will resume from Monday 28th November onwards, however, it is likely there will be a backlog on Monday due to the number of orders in the postal system. We appreciate your patience, we are processing and dispatching orders as fast as possible.
ONCE YOUR PARCEL HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE, IT WILL TAKE APPROXIMATELY:
UK Standard: 2-7 working days
Europe: 5-10 working days
Rest of World: 10-14 working days
(Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays)
After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email with your tracking link attached so you can see the status of your order. Please note that our emails may land in your junk/spam folder so please check first and add our email email@example.com to your contacts to prevent the email being missed.
DUTY FEES & CUSTOM CHARGES
Some countries charge a duty or custom charge on packages imported from the UK over a certain value. If your Bluee order exceeds the maximum amount, you may be told to pay a duty fee or customs charge to receive your order. Please check your country's tax specifications prior to placing your order, as Bluee will not be held responsible for any tax payments.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We are pleased to say that we offer free returns on all UK orders within 14-days of you receiving them. These returns are accepted, subject to the following:
The item(s) are returned in their original condition with tags still in and unworn
The item(s) have been securely and safely packed up when returned to us to ensure that nothing has been damaged
There is a returns slip or copy of the original order inside the returns parcel
The item has been purchased only from www.movewithbluee.com and there is evidence to support that you are the original purchaser
If you return any items and the above is not met, we will be unable to offer you a full refund. Please ensure that you keep hold of all proof of postage receipts until you have received your full refund.
We will always try our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Once our warehouse has received the return, they will process this and you will receive an email to acknowledge that we have received the item(s). The team will review the garments and then aim to process your refund as soon as possible. If you have any questions about your return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We aim for all customers to receive their full refunds within 21-days of the item(s) being processed, however we will do our best to make this sooner.
If you are a UK customer, you can request your free return through our portal. If you are outside of the UK or choose not to use our portal, then the return will be a cost of your own expense and we will be unable to reimburse you the costs for this.

Please ensure you write your name, order number, full address, whether you’d like a refund or replacement and the issue with the item(s) on a piece of paper and place it inside with your return.
If you have received a faulty item, please email us at email@example.com so we can handle your exchange or refund a little differently and ensure we rectify this for you immediately.
Unfortunately, we are unable to do this after 6-months of the purchase date, unless you can demonstrate that the item was faulty within the 6-month period.
